There are four rooms available, two with attached bathrooms. The third room shares the bathroom with one of the bedrooms but from a separate entrance (due to the shared bathroom, this bedroom is only rented if everyone is in the same party). The fourth bedroom uses a third bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

Both rooms cost $135 for the first night and $120 per night afterwards. For those staying seven or more nights, each night is $110. There are multiple room discounts for larger parties.

Three rooms all have one large bed, but there is space for an additional twin bed. For guests staying a week or more I will move furniture and put an extra twin bed in the rooms. There is an additional charge of $25 a night for the extra bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

Rates do not include 5% Borough Accommodations tax. There is no sales tax.

Continental breakfast is included. Hot tub, satellite television, dial-up internet, barbecue grill, microwave, refrigerator, ice and coffee maker are available at no extra cost.

For guests staying five or more nights, I will provide three meals every day for an additional $25 per person per day.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Traveler's Checks, Cash and personal checks drawn from a U.S. Bank. No Discovery or American Express, sorry.

Deposits:
A deposit of half the value of the rooms or $500 (whichever is less) secures the reservation. For reservation more than four months in advance, a deposit of $50 holds the reservation until May 15 for stays in July to October. Full deposits are due June 1st. For full information about deposits, call.
